About the Founder
Toyee Tinsley is a visionary leader, business strategist, author, and ministerial leader with extensive experience serving within both Federal and Local Government sectors. With a strong background in federal procurement, logistics, and supply chain management, she has successfully led and managed complex operational initiatives with excellence and integrity.
Toyee served as a Contracting Officer, where she executed and oversaw multi-million-dollar contracts across diverse industries, including food services, lodging, information technology, childcare systems, and operational efficiency has positioned her as a trusted consultant and transformational leader.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University and is widely recognized for her commitment to empowering organizations, strengthening communities, and developing leaders with purpose and vision.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Toyee is also a published author and active ministerial member, passionate about inspiring personal growth, faith, leadership, and transformation through the mission of Becoming H.E.R.
